Best Western Hotel Viterbo

It exceeded my expectations for a couple of nights, and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff was super helpful, and the cleanliness of my room stood out the most.

In relation to the good price paid, it was ideal place to stay with good service. The restaurant was small for dinner, we ordered warm dishes. The bed was large and the balcony had particularly nice views to nearby hills.

1 Inconsistent Wi-Fi, noise from neighboring rooms

At 7 degrees outside temperature all heating was switched off centrally. Ceilings were distributed as needed. In the morning of the 2nd day, activation of the heating was promised. It worked. But it was completely insufficient to reach a comfortable room temperature. Therefore premature termination of the stay. . KO criterion for a hotel. We will definitely never book this hotel again. Whatever the season.

The breakfast was delicious. Big room. The staff very friendly.

Consider borrowing one of the hotel's complimentary bicycles to explore nearby attractions along the quieter streets.

The car must be used for going into town

All good: clean, comfortable room with lots of storage space (also in the bathroom, especially pleasant!) and spacious closet, good towels. Very friendly staff. . No car noise, easy parking at the hotel. Breakfast typically Italian with very good coffee and good fresh pastry.

The rooms are quite clean and have some good amenities like a safe and a free minibar. I loved the breakfast too, plenty of options like hot eggs and bacon,, really kicked off the day right.

It wasn't too pricey, but still was like it could be a bit better for what you pay.

Room, breakfast, parking: everything was perfect, the best being the quiet location and the proximity to the COTRAL bus terminal.

There is a good, but somewhat noisy restaurant in the immediate vicinity. There are more alternatives in the old town, but it takes about 15 minutes on foot.

Weak Wi-Fi connection could use a boost!!! Noise from neighboring rooms really detracted from the experience. Finding the entrance was quite frustrating for first-time visitors!!!

Staff went that extra mile to acquaint us with the area.Were very helpfull,even gave us a free map of Viterbo!

It is well located to cater for business travellers and short stop overs which was excactly what we wanted.Tourists might want to be bit closer to old historic town and not surrounded by motor vehicle dealers?
